A lead-up to the National Eucharistic Congress in July, a pilgrimage is travelling across the United States. As it stops in North Platte June 14-16, there will be three days of services, culminating in a large Mass and Eucharistic procession. From our Pacific coast, the western arm of the Pilgrimage will cross the Rocky Mountains and Great Plains on foot. The Junipero Serra Route will be the longest and most challenging branch of the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage—covering over 2,200 miles! |
